Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup canned salmon (in water, drained)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped spinach
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp oat flour or chickpea flour
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash salmon with a fork.
- Stir in spinach, egg, and flour until combined.
- Fill silicone molds and bake for 15–18 minutes.
- Let cool completely before serving.
