Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup finely grated carrot
- 1/2 cup oat flour (or ground rolled oats)
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix all ingredients until well blended.
- Spoon into silicone trays and flatten the tops.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes or until firm and golden.
- Cool before popping out and storing.
